Kinga Šmytka – Od strasti do autorske PMU akademije

Founder

Kinga Szmytka is the founder of the Szmytka PMU School, a place where permanent makeup is not only treated as a beauty service, but as a responsible profession that requires knowledge, precision and awareness.

Her path in the beauty industry was not accidental. From the very beginning, she knew that she wanted to work at a high professional level - without compromising on quality. Instead of choosing quantity, she chose to develop, specialize and consistently create her own methodology.

Kinga specializes in eyebrow pigmentation, combining advanced technique with facial analysis, colorimetry and deep understanding of skin structure, pigment retention and conscious color selection.

She created her own program.

Over time, creating your own training program became a natural step. This is how the Szmytka school-academy was born, where students receive not only a certificate but also real preparation for the profession.

Kinga is:

  • Permanent makeup trainer
  • Author of the educational program
  • Creator of original eyebrow pigmentation techniques
  • Conference speaker
  • Judge at championships in permanent makeup
  • Award winner

Her three-month eyebrow pigmentation school was born out of a desire to raise the standard of education in the PMU industry. The program gives a taste of intensive practice, work on live models and technical preparation even before the start of the first training.

Participants receive educational materials, a practice sheet, and instructional videos in advance, allowing them to build hand control and confidence before working on live models.

One of the pillars of her academy is lifelong support after training.

Kinga does not leave her students after the course is over - she continues to support them in the first months of work and helps them build professional confidence.

Her philosophy can be summed up in three words: quality, responsibility, professionalism.
